Cracker Barrel Old Country Store, the Tennessee-based Southern-inspired restaurant chain, is kicking off the New Year with a lineup of enticing new menu items. Among the fresh offerings are Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders, a Signature Saucy Chicken Sandwich, and a comforting Chicken n’ Dumplin Soup.
Now available at locations nationwide, the Crispy Tender Dippers combine Cracker Barrel’s signature hand-breaded chicken with customizable sauces and classic sides. Customers looking to spice things up can pair the tenders with the restaurant’s new Nashville hot sauce, which Cracker Barrel describes as "a bold, flavor-packed complement inspired by its Tennessee roots."
“These Crispy Tender Dippers are the perfect way to enjoy our fan-favorite fried chicken tenders in a whole new way,” said Sarah Moore, Cracker Barrel’s chief marketing officer. “And with our new Nashville hot sauce – a spicy twist on a Tennessee classic inspired by 55 years of tradition – you can bring a little country warmth to those cold winter days.”

Another highlight of the updated menu is the Signature Saucy Chicken Sandwich, featuring a hand-breaded chicken breast on a toasted buttermilk bun with pickles, mayonnaise, and a drizzle of one of Cracker Barrel’s signature sauces. Options include buttermilk ranch, honey mustard, barbecue, maple chipotle, Carolina gold barbecue, or the Nashville hot sauce.

For those seeking a cozy meal, the new Chicken n’ Dumplin Soup offers a hearty blend of homestyle dumplings, shredded chicken, celery, carrots, and onions in a savory broth. According to Cracker Barrel, the dish is perfect for delivering "warmth and comfort for all guests to savor."
Additionally, Cracker Barrel is rolling out special winter dining deals. Customers can enjoy early dinner specials featuring smaller portions of favorites like meatloaf and steak tips for just $8.99, available from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday.
